Immigration Status Being Checked on 8 Men in Cass County Jail

FARGO, ND - Eight men who may be in the country illegally are in the Cass County jail while their immigration status is checked.

West Fargo police took the men into custody for customs and immigration after officers investigated a noise complaint in a duplex in the 400 block of 7th Avenue east.

Police say the men work for a Fargo, ND, mexican restaurant.
