Bismarck, N.D. (AP) North Dakota Republicans are electing a new state party chairman tonight. Public Service Commissioner Tony Clark is the only announced candidate for the job. Clark says he'd be willing to serve through the November election. Former chairman Gary Emineth resigned July the first to look after his business interests.
