An attorney for three Libertarian candidates for the North Dakota Legislature is asking a judge to allow the men on the November ballot. Oliver Hall of the Center for Competitive Democracy in Washington has filed a lawsuit in Federal Court about a state law that requires candidates to get a minimum number of votes in their party's primary election.
