Supporters of the three Americans jailed in Iran will rally in St. Paul this weekend. A "free the hikers" protest will be held Saturday afternoon 12pm-3pm at the State Capitol, as those gathered call for the release of Minnesota native Shane Bauer, his fiance Sarah Shourd and their friend Josh Fattal after one year of captivity. The three were hiking along the Iraqi border on July 31st of last year when they were arrested and accused of spying. Today, their mothers will lead a demonstration outside the Iranian mission to the UN in Manhattan.
