If you're in the midwest or the northeast parts of the United States, you likely woke up this week to the coldest air of the season -- and immediately wanted to dive back under the covers.
We can't entirely blame you. With extreme cold weather comes health hazards like frostbite, seasonal affective disorder and even an increased risk of heart attacks.
