Diversion project tiff
Frustration between the governing boards that will own and operate the Red River diversion project hit the boiling point Friday. The Cass County Joint Water Resources Board, angered the Fargo City Commission delayed action this week on a draft agreement that spells out the responsiblities, called a special meeting. |
