Man Dies In Fall From Cell Phone Tower

A North Dakota man died in a fall while working on a cell tower in Beltrami County on Tuesday.

 

 

 

 

A North Dakota man died in a fall while working on a cell tower in Beltrami County on Tuesday.

The Sheriff's Department said the 19-year-old man, who was working for Midwest Steeplejacks, fell 153 feet and died on impact.

The incident happened Tuesday night in Solway, Minn., which is 10 miles west of Bemidji.

The victim's name and hometown have not been released.
