A central Minnesota man is dead in a strange crash near Buffalo, North Dakota.

A central Minnesota man is dead in a strange crash near Buffalo, North Dakota.
The state patrol says the victim was backing his truck down a county road that was being re-surfaced.
He allegedly lost control of his truck and went into the ditch and rolled. He was then partially ejected from his truck and was pronounced dead at the scene.
His name is not yet being released.
A passenger in the truck was air-lifted from the crash site.
He is identified as Allan Hammer of Ashby, Minnesota.
Hammer was treated and released.
The man, who was killed, was part of the crew working on the roadway.
