FARGO - A man out for a stroll in downtown Fargo, minus his clothes, found a quick way to land in jail.


Thirty-one-year old Joseph Ertel was arrested early yesterday after he was found walking down NP Avenue wearing only his socks and shoes.


When asked by police why he was naked, he responded, "why not."


Ertel was intoxicated, and faces a charge of indecent exposure.
