Enderlin Man Faces Charges After Fleeing Trooper

Charges are pending against a 20-year-old Enderlin man after he attempted to flee a highway patrol trooper south of Jamestown Saturday morning on Highway 281 around 2:30am.

 

 

 

 

Charges are pending against a 20-year-old Enderlin man after he attempted to flee a highway patrol trooper south of Jamestown Saturday morning on Highway 281 around 2:30am.

Sgt. Thomas Herzig says a pickup driven by Jordan Kemmer turned off Highway 281 and onto a gravel road.

Kemmer drove into a farm yard and crashed into a garage.

Two occupants of the vehicle fled the scene of foot. A couple of hours later, one of the occupants, Kevin Lemna returned to the scene. Lemna was arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.

Later, Kemmer admitted to driving the vehicle.

Herzig says alcohol was found in the vehicle.
