ST. FRANCIS, S.D. (AP) - A St. Francis man is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge in a rollover crash on the Rosebud Indian Reservation that killed a 16-year-old passenger.
Authorities allege that 22-year-old Dino Kane's blood alcohol level was measured at more than three times the legal limit for driving after the Aug. 4 crash near St. Francis.
A telephone listing for Kane could not immediately be found.
Authorities did not identify the teenager who died. Two other 16-year-old passengers survived the crash.
