Barnesville Students To Get iPads

Some area kids will be the envy of many other students as they head back to school.

The Barnesville School District is the first school in our region, and one of the first in Minnesota to provide iPads to every student from kindergarten on up.

Students in grades 4-12 have to attend training sessions prior to the start of the school year to learn how to use them.

School leaders say the iPads will eventually replace all textbooks in the Barnesville District.
