Victim Identified In Crookston Fatal Crash

The Polk County Sheriff's Office has identified a man who died in head-on crash east of Crookston, Minn. He was 36-year-old Chad Michael Oakes.

 

 

 

 

The Polk County Sheriff's Office has identified a man who died in head-on crash east of Crookston, Minn. He was 36-year-old Chad Michael Oakes.

The rural Crookston man was traveling alone.

Two people in the other vehicle--Gary Aure and Ardell Breitung--were taken to the hospital in Crookston.

The crash happened on a county road at about 9:30 last night.
