Red Flag warnings continue. A lack of rain and low humdity has made for dangerous fire conditions with much of the region in a drought, and there's not any immediate relief in sight.
Grand Forks National Weather Service meteorologist Greg Gust says the jury is still out on what winter has in store. The "El Nino" weather pattern developing in the Pacific Ocean could bring some relief. But Gust says it's still too early to predict whether or not we're in for a break.
Gust does say summer 2012 will be remembered as the fourth warmest on record across North Dakota.
