Man Accused In Theft Case Sentenced In Fargo

Jason Leines, 35, will be on probation after his release. Leines and Jeremy Tibiatowski were charged in thefts from building sites in Fargo, West Fargo and Cass County.

A Fargo man accused in a construction site burglary case has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Jason Leines, 35, will be on probation after his release. Leines and Jeremy Tibiatowski were charged in thefts from building sites in Fargo, West Fargo and Cass County.

Tibiatowski has pleaded not guilty.
