Farmstead Intentionally Burned Near Breckenridge

A bit of history went up in flames north of Breckenridge, Minn. on Friday. Buildings on what's known as the Femco farm were intentionally burned. The property is north of Breckenridge along Highway 75.

　

Owner Mike Yaggie tells KFGO'S Gary Rogers, he purchased the property several years ago and had hoped it could be saved.

　

Yaggie had a permit for the controlled burn. Smoke could be seen for miles.
