The priest at the Catholic church in Barnesville, Minnesota says a 17 year-old boy was not denied confirmation, but he won't explain any further calling it an "internal and pastoral" matter.

Reverend Gary Lamoine says he's in contact with the Diocese in Crookston.

As KFGO News first reported, Shana Cihak says her son, Lennon, was told that he wouldn't be confirmed at Assumption Church because he posted on Facebook that he supports gay marriage.
