Man In Jail On Theft Charges In Otter Tail County

Jeffery Kampsula, 45, is accused of stealing old cars and tractors, scrap metal, wheel rims, radiators, tools and other property the Henning and Fergus Falls areas.

A man wanted for a series of thefts in Otter Tail County has been arrested.

Jeffrey Kampsula, 45, is accused of stealing old cars and tractors, scrap metal, wheel rims, radiators, tools and other property the Henning and Fergus Falls areas.

Some of the vehicles were sold as salvage.

A woman who was with Kampsula at the time of his arrest was cited for interferring with the legal process.
