It looks like the northern end of the Red River Valley may be in for a white Thanksgiving.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Northeastern North Dakota and Northwestern Minnesota.
Some areas could see up to seven inches of snow. N-W-S Forecaster Tom Graffenauer says the real culprit could be the gusty winds that blow in with the snow.
The snow that does fall will likely stick around. The 8-14 day outlook calls for temps to remain below normal.
