HARVEY, N.D. (AP) - Officials in Harvey say they will break ground this week on the first hotel to be built in the north-central North Dakota city for 35 years.

Harvey Economic Developer Director Nicki Weissman says the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cobblestone Inn and Suites is scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m.

Cobblestone Hotels vice president of development Jim Bortz says the city is experiencing great growth and traffic, and the company is happy to provide much needed lodging for the community.

The 36-room hotel will be built at the intersection of Highway 52 and Brewster Street.
