ROCHESTER, Minn. (AP) - Wintry weather has put an end to a low-snow stretch in Rochester.

Rochester's 292-day streak of days without at least an inch of snow fell around 6 a.m. Sunday when the airport recorded 1.1 inches.

It was the southeastern Minnesota city's fourth-longest low-snow streak on record.

The record is 343 days, from March 12th, 1960, to February 17th, 1961.

The National Weather Service expects that when the snow is done, Rochester could get up to 6 inches, and parts of Wabasha and Goodhue counties could get 10 inches.
