Bail Set For Dilworth Man Charged In Death Of Toddler

Bail has been set at $1 million cash with no conditions of release for a Dilworth man charged with the murder his girlfriend's 22-month old daughter.

 

 

 

 

Bail has been set at $1 million cash with no conditions of release for a Dilworth man charged with the murder his girlfriend's 22-month old daughter in Ada.

Raul Perez is charged with second-degree murder in the death last August of Ariel Reyes. He was watching the girl and her brother while their mother was at the grocery store.  Reyes died at a Fargo hospital two days after she was taken to the hospital in Ada.  An autopsy showed that the girl died of serious head and neck injuries.

Perez was arrested at his home in Dilworth.

He'll be represented by a public defender.
