A former Fisher, Minn. high school student could spend the next dozen years or more in prison, for the sexual assault of kindergarten students. Jarrin Boucher, 18, has pleaded guilty under a plea agreement to two counts of first degree sexual conduct.
According to the criminal complaint one incident happened April 25th, while Boucher, a senior at Fisher High School was working as an aide with the kindergarten class.
A five year old girl and six year old girl were sexually assaulted on the same day.
Now, under a plea agreement, those charges were dropped and Boucher agreed to be sentenced as an adult for pleading guilty to other, prior incidents with those girls.
Boucher faces a minimum sentence of 12 years in prison.
Boucher's attorney says it's a harsh sentence, but it will still allow Boucher to have a life. Boucher currently remains in jail.
