An overheated bearing caused a grain elevator fire in northwestern Minnesota.
The fire started yesterday morning at the Hallock Co-op Elevator.
Firefighters stayed on the scene for several hours. Authorities say when it was out, there was more water damage than fire damage.
Hallock's fire chief says the bearing was near the top of the elevator. It then ignited grain dust that spread to the walls.
No dollar estimate of damage was available.
