Minnesota 7th District Congressman Collin Peterson is headed back to Washington for a 12th term, in the U.S. House.
Peterson easily defeated his Republican challenger Lee Byberg of Willmar, 60-to-35 percent.
Independence Party candidate Adam Steele got about five percent of the vote.
This is the second time Peterson and Byberg have squared-off. Peterson beat Byberg by a slightly smaller margin two years ago.
