Hankinson Man Jailed On Charges Related To Recent Pursuit

Michael Gene Johnson, 42, was arrested over the weekend at a home near Colfax.

 

 

 

 

A Hankinson, North Dakota man has been arrested for an Oct. 1 police chase that began in Breckenridge and ended when they lost the car in northeastern South Dakota.

Michael Gene Johnson, 42, was arrested over the weekend at a home near Colfax. Johnson was wanted on a warrant stemming from the chase.

A car stolen from Canby, Minnesota was also seized. It had license plates that had been stolen in Moorhead.

Johnson is in jail in Wahpeton on $100,000 bond.
