FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A man charged in the heroin overdose death of a Fargo blues guitarist has pleaded guilty.

Seth Lund, 25, admitted in federal court to injecting a drug-filled needle into the arm of 30-year-old Cody Conner in June. Conner died shortly after.

Lund struck a deal with prosecutors in which he will serve seven years in prison on a charge of possessing heroin with the intent to distribute it.  He'll be sentenced in January.

Two others have pleaded not guilty to providing the heroin that led to Conner's death.   They could face life in prison if convicted.
