FARGO, N.D. (AP) -A man accused in the overdose death of a Fargo blues guitarist says he will plead guilty in federal court.

Nathan Evenson, of Fargo, is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance resulting in death.

Authorities say Evenson and Nicole Wadsworth, of Grand Forks, distributed the heroin that resulted in the June death of 30-year-old Cody Conner.

Wadsworth pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge earlier this month.

Another person charged in the case, Seth Lund, pleaded guilty earlier to injecting a drug-filled needle into Conner's arm.

A plea hearing for Evenson has not been set.
