Friends and family are rallying around a Fargo man who is fighting for his life.

 

 

 

 

Friends and family are rallying around a Fargo man who is fighting for his life.

A benefit was held for Bill Lopez at the Ramada Plaza Suites.

Lopez was diagnosed with stage four bladder cancer a year ago.

Lopez is President and CEO of Sharehouse.

He's also well known to the F-M basketball community as he has been a referee for ten years.

Lopez says the months of chemo and radiation are tough but he's confident he can beat cancer.

Donations to assist Lopez and his family are still being accepted at Bell State Bank and Trust on 13th avenue south in Fargo.
