Fargo Police Arrest 2 After Vehicle Tries To Elude Them

Two men were arrested after trying to elude Fargo police overnight.

 

 

 

 

Two men were arrested after trying to elude Fargo police overnight. Their vehicle was later found in a snowbank, and they were found hiding in a garage.

Scott Moen, 32, of Fargo is facing charges of DUI, eluding, and criminal trespass. He also had warrants out for his arrest. His passenger, Jessy Olson, 32, of Fargo, was also arrested for criminal trespass and on some warrants.
