AZ Deputy To Plead Guilty In ND Assault Case

An Arizona sheriff's deputy accused of driving to West Fargo and assaulting a man who had an affair with his wife is set to plead guilty.

 

 

 

 

An Arizona sheriff's deputy accused of driving to West Fargo and assaulting a man who had an affair with his wife is set to plead guilty.

Maricopa County Deputy Timothy Abrahamson is charged in Cass County District Court with aggravated assault in the September 16th attack in the victim's driveway. Authorities say the victim suffered a torn right ear, and facial cuts, swelling and bruising.

A hearing has been set for May 6th, at which point the 41-year-old Abrahamson will plead guilty.
