Final Suspect In Cass Co. Home Invasion Arrested

David Lee Mcintire, 27, of Moorhead has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault, burglary and terrorizing.

 

 

 

 

A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with a home invasion-type robbery at a home in Chaffee southwest of Fargo.

David Lee Mcintire, 27, of Moorhead has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault, burglary and terrorizing. Mcintire was wanted by the Cass County Sheriff's office for his part in the weekend break-in.

A woman and her daughter were roughed up. Cash and other property was stolen.

Investigators say the daughter knows at least two of the suspects.
