An argument inside quickly escalated into gun play outside a Fargo bar at closing time.
Police say two men had words at Labby's and ended up in the bar's parking lot. There, Matthew Anderson, 19, is accused of pulling a shotgun out of his pickup, pressing the muzzle to the throat of the other man and racking it. The man pushed the gun away, ran, and called 9-1-1.
Police stopped Anderson's pickup as he drove away. Inside the vehicle, officers found two shotguns and numerous shells.
The Fargo man was arrested for terrorizing, DUI, minor consuming and possessing a fake i-d. Police say Anderson used the fake i-d to get into the bar.
