New Allegations Against Shirvani
The president of the North Dakota Board of Higher Education is standing behind Ham Shirvani despite allegations that he broke open record laws and violated policy.

The president of the North Dakota Board of Higher Education is standing behind Ham Shirvani despite allegations that he broke open record laws and violated policy.
Sydney Hull, the student member of the board, distributed documents to the board at its monthly meeting yesterday which he says implicate Shirvani.
Shirvani declined comment other than to say he was "shocked."
Board President Duaine Espegard says the allegations will be checked.
But Espegard refused Hull’s request that the board hold a meeting in April to discuss the claims.
Espegard says that doesn’t give enough time for an investigation.
He says the claims will be discussed at a meeting in May.
