Woman Injured In West Fargo Car-Train Crash

A 31-year-old woman was taken to the hospital after crashing into a train in West Fargo this morning.

 

 

 

 

A 31-year-old woman was taken to the hospital after crashing into a train in West Fargo this morning.

Police say the woman's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The woman says she didn't--at first--see the short-two-engine train near the Cargill plant.

When she did, she hit the brakes.

But it was icy and she slid into it.

There was no derailment and the crossing has re-opened.
