Lindvall Pleads Not Guilty

A Ransom County woman accused in the death of her toddler son has entered a plea.

A Ransom County woman accused in the death of her toddler son has entered a plea.

29-year-old Jodi Lindvall pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and child abuse.

Lindvall is charged in the death of her 22-month-old son, Bentley.

He died three days after being brought to a Fargo hospital last September.

Court documents say the child had bruises on his neck, broken bones and a significant head trauma.

Lindvall faces up to life in prison without the possibility of parole if convicted of the murder charge.

She's free pending her next court appearance.
