Olson Assumes Command Of The 119TH

The North Dakota Air National Guard in Fargo has welcomed a new commander of the 119th Wing.

 

 

 

 

The North Dakota Air National Guard in Fargo has welcomed a new commander of the 119th Wing.

Former Vice Wing Commander Colonel Kent Olson is assuming command.

Olson has more than 3,100 hours in fighter aircraft experience.

He says after 32 years in the guard he is ready to lead the Happy Hooligans.

Colonel Rick Gibney stepped down after leading the 119th Wing for three years.

He will be deployed to Southwest Asia.
