Police in Dickinson are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident.

Dickinson, N.D. (AP)  Police in Dickinson are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident.
 
Authorities say 47-year-old Tracy Freer was struck early Wednesday in the parking lot of a local hotel. He died from his injuries later at a hospital.
