Snow For Christmas ? Maybe

The last "brown" Christmas prior to last year was in 2006.

 

 

 

 

If past data is any indication, we'll see at least some snow by Christmas.

National Weather Service Meteorologist Mark Ewens in Grand Forks says you don't have to go back too far to find a "brown" Christmas -- it was last year.

The last "brown" Christmas prior to last year was in 2006.

Weather service records show that Fargo usually has at least 4.5 inches of snow on the ground by Christmas 84% of the time.
