Fargo firefighters battled a fire in heavy snow Sunday morning.
They were called out just before 5 AM to 1138 27th Street North, adjacent to the 12th Avenue Viaduct.
Fire Captain Mark Waller tells KFGO News a detached garage was fully involved and flames spread to the house. The homeowner and his dog got out safely.
The garage burned to the ground. It took more than an hour to put out hot spots in the attic.
A cause has not been determined.
