WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - The North Dakota Highway Patrol says it will cracking down on seat belt violations in the western part of the state.
The patrol says troopers will be conducting a 1-day enforcement effort on Thursday as part of its "Click It or Ticket" campaign
The patrol says more than half of the people killed in vehicle crashes this year were not wearing seat belts.
