Guilty Plea In Grand Forks Sex Case

A retired high school counselor has pleaded guilty to hiring a 17 year old girl for sex in Grand Forks.

 

 

 

 

A retired high school counselor has pleaded guilty to hiring a 17 year old girl for sex in Grand Forks.

A judge has sentenced 60 -year-old Michael Delmore to 15 days in jail and a year of probation.

He must also pay 750- dollars in court fees and fines. Delmore was a customer of two men and a woman who prostituted the girl.

Several other men also paid to have sex with the girl, including a UND professor, but none of them has been charged.

Delmore was a high school counselor in Larimore for more than 20 years before retiring last spring.
