NEW YORK (AP) - NHL players continue to vote on whether to approve the new collective bargaining agreement or not.
The players association said electronic voting starting at 8 p.m. Thursday night and will last for 36 hours.
If a majority of the 700 members in good standing in the players association agree to the deal, training camps can open on Sunday. The 48-game season is likely to begin on Jan. 19.
