Senator Heidi Heitkamp says the possibility of securing a permanent flying mission for the North Dakota Air National Guard remains uncertain.

Heitkamp spoke to KFGO News about the mission during a tour of the air guard base in Fargo...

Heitkamp is also concerned about the effects of severe budget cuts known as sequestration.

She says congress must act quickly to find a resolution to the problem.
