Men Accused Of Robbing ND Bank Plead Not Guilty

Two men accused in the armed robbery of a North Dakota bank have pleaded not guilty in federal court.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Two men accused in the armed robbery of a North Dakota bank have pleaded not guilty in federal court.

Colt Schneider and Johnner Ward Jr. face charges of bank robbery and use of a firearm during a crime of violence.

The incident occurred on Oct. 18 in New England.

Authorities say the suspects were dressed in ski masks and got away with an undisclosed amount of money from American Bank Center.

Ward was arrested on Nov. 8 in Midland, Texas, and Schneider was arrested on Nov. 13 in Sarasota, Fla.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Charles Miller set trial for Feb. 12 in Bismarck.
