FARGO, N.D. (AP) - An Illinois man says he will plead guilty in a North Dakota drug case.
Uriel Curiel is charged in federal court with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, and money laundering. He had pleaded not guilty in September.
Curiel was arrested in Chicago in November.
A change of plea hearing is scheduled Monday in Fargo.
