Use extreme caution if you're traveling anywhere, on the highways or in town; rain covered roadways are getting slick.

In Fargo, street crews have been out since last night doing what they can.

Public Works' Tony Fennell says as temperatures drop, driving conditions will change very fast, getting worse---so his advice is to be aware of conditions today.
