MNDOT plow operators are reporting "fair" driving conditions across western Minnesota...with blowing snow, scattered "blow ice" from the wind polishing off the road surfaces.

MNDOT plow operators are reporting "fair" driving conditions across western Minnesota...with blowing snow, scattered "blow ice" from the wind polishing off the road surfaces.


There's also still some compacted snow left from Monday's storm.

North Dakota DOT reports scattered snow and drifts on highways across southeast North Dakota along with scatterred ice.
