Not Guilty Plea In Stabbing Case

A Fargo man accused of stabbing another man during a three-some has pleaded not guilty.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man accused of stabbing another man during a three-some has pleaded not guilty.

33-year-old Ashley Hunter is facing a felony aggravated assault charge.

Police say Hunter stabbed Orlando Dewitt in February after the two were engaged in a sexual act with a woman after a night of drinking.

The criminal complaint says when Hunter asked Dewitt to change positions and Dewitt refused, it led to an argument, after which Hunter stabbed Dewitt.
