Man Accused Of Killing Wife Asks Court For Lawyer

A Fargo man charged with the shooting death of his wife remains in the Cass County Jail on $1 million bond.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man charged with the shooting death of his wife remains in the Cass County Jail on $1 million bond.

Ronald Rogers, 46, reported the death as a suicide. He was charged after police received the results of the medical examiner's report.

Rogers also admitted to shooting his 40 year-old wife, Elizabeth. He's charged with murder and disturbing a dead body.

Rogers told the judge that he and his wife moved to Fargo from northern Idaho last July.

A public defender will represent Rogers. His next court appearance is March 21.
